Airbag fail to deploy
2005 Nissan Sentra was hit on the left front wheel side and the airbags fail to deploy can i sue the manufacturer?

If the impact was such that you could reasonably have expected the airbags to deploy, and occupants of the vehicle suffered injury as a result, you might have a valid claim.
To stand a chance of success, you would need expert witness evidence substantiating this � bear in mind that the manufacturer might have a get out if the vehicle had not been subject to the relevant recommended service schedule.

has it side airbags?...front airbags need frontal impact within certain degree,s off centre and the speed of the impact is taken into account , which seems to vary on different vehicles,I work in a b/shop and have seen what i consider quite hard front end accidents and the airbag has not deployed..But then a Clio with seat airbags clips a kerb and they go off !..
