Can I still see the Will even though its revoked?

As a named executor on a revoked Will can I still see it?
Will I have any involvement in winding up his estate as a blood relation, he has no children.Or is that solely the wife's job?

No you have no rights to see it since it is revoked, it therefore revoked your authority to act. Assuming this case is the one you refer to below, you have no rights to act in the administration and yes the widow will (or someone on her behalf) will extract the Grant of Representation and administer the estate.

You can ask to see it and there is no law that says you can't see it.

But as barmaid says you have no right to see it and will have no involvement in the estate.

So there's not much point really.
