For what criminal records would you be unable to enter america for a holiday???

my partner, brother and sister in law all have criminal records would they be allowed into america for a 2 week holiday????

they are only driving convictions nothing bad so keep your opinions to yourself
Americans no longer accept ANYONE with criminal records in their country. They have enough of their own criminals to deal with.
that may be the case lajohn but driving convictions are not crimes of moral turpitude so of course you will all be able to go on holiday. Just forget about the convictions they are minor and there is no way Immigration will know about them just fill in the visa waiver form on the plane and tick no to any convictions. Do not contact the US Embassy because they will tell you to apply for a visa and may keep your details. Don't worry and book that holiday!
