Common Ass by beating x2 but I AM THE VICTIM!!!!

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS. I was spkin with my ex at his door about the low child maintenance he currently pays. The conversation got heated & he lunged towards me as if to grab my throat. I lifted my hands to cover my throat, he grabbed my arms & threw me backwards causing me to fall on my bottom. He then stepped out of the house, took a few steps to where I had landed (as if to come at me) I was attempting to get up covering my head with my hands in fear of getting hit over the head- I felt something hit my wrist/hand area. Then out of no where his partner appeared, pulled him off me shouting at him to stop! She told him to get back in the house. It all calmed & she was sorry for his actions. I proceeded to talk with her for a few seconds-thats when he made a run for me from within the hallway-she was protecting me from him by standing in way, he pushed her aside-grabbed my arm & shook me! She pulled his arm off me, stepped in front of him slamming the door. I ran to my car & drove home. I called the police. They took a brief statement & said they would visit me at home in 10 mins to take statement. THEY DIDNT TURN UP!!!! I rang the police 9 times-asking when they were coming.I was told repeatedly they are coming etc......(contin in prt 2!!!!!)
