A company has my debit card details. I arranged a telephone appointment, which I cancelled via sending 2 emails, well in advance. I received no confirmation from them that it was still going ahead or that it had been cancelled. I heoth They are going to charge my card, using details from a past transaction. Is this right? I am not sure where I stand?
