construction of boundary paling fence
Part of our home (the theatre room) was built in 2002 40mms inside the neighbours land.
The neighbour has now built his house and demands that the boundary fence be built 40mms inside our propety.
This would mean that we would have problems with our gutters and down pipes.
Is there a tolarance for the distance from our boundary which would enable us to request that the fence be built in line with our building? And if so, what is such tolerance?
Thank you.
