Hi, assuming you were full time before you started your maternity then you will get full time holiday accrual from Jan to Sept, so 9 months. Then you'll get 3/5's for the remaining 3 months.

I.e. if you have 20 days per year you'd accrue 20 / 12 = 1.667 days per month x 9 months = 15 days to Sept then from Oct to Dec you'd get 3 days (20 x 3/5 /12m x 3m)

Hope you get that!

Hi I think it is because they cannot be bothered working it out they are saying I get 24 days (WTR) and I have to take the 8 bank hols out leaving me with 16 days. ( i get 25 days normally plus bank hol) seems really low to me. I thought the WTR 24 days pro rata was just while you were on AML and then it reverted back to contractual accrual?
