i am her grandson i have no money and no home to call mey own
If your nan is currently living alone she will be getting a council tax discount, which she will lose if you move in.

How old are you?
If your nan is getting Housing Benefit &/or Council Tax Benefit these might be reduced if you live with her, as you may be classed as a "Non-Dependent". Your age and some other factors can affect this.

Also, if you pay her rent it might affect her benefits. It may be best to go with her to your CAB for them to check & advise you.
