beating someone up
my botfriend got arrested for beating someone up after a night out, hes got hes court case comin up in a few weeks, hes been in court a few times but always got away with it, hes got a keep the peace order over hes head. is he looking at going down?? if so how long for??

If you want informed opinions from people on this site then tell them (a) what it is your boyfriend has been charged with and (b) what his previous convictions are for.
By a "keep the peace order" I assume you mean he has been bound over to keep the peace. This is used when a conviction is not sought by the prosecution and the only result if it is broken is that the sum mentioned at the time of the bind over (usually �50 or �100) has to be paid.

he got a keep the peace order a year ago, he was up in court for a simular thing, and as far as i know if he got arrested again with in 3 years he would go down, i know since then he has been in fights were the police have been involved, but this is the first time he has been arrested since then. i dont know much more, as he doesnt really talk about it, any info would be very much welcomed
