would anyone know of the possible sentence for a woman......dangerous driving, drink driving, no licence, no insurance. 3rd drink drive offence. many unattended outstanding magistrate court cases. Woman presently on remand in Ashford, Middx, after case transfered to crown court on 10th Oct. Own child of 16 injured in minor accident at time of arreset, she was also driving with a 2 yr old on her lap!. Woman from hell.....hope they throw the book at her, solicitor says definate custodial.....anyone any idea how long? thanks for your help

hiya, i seem to remember seing this q twice before. If you are not getting the answers you want, it's probably because no-one can answer. Perhaps it might be better just to wait till the outcome, because anything anyone says can only be a guestimation anyway, as we dont know the full facts, only your version of them.
