I have recently sent a sound system back to the manufacturer due to a fault, they have since contacted me saying they can not check the fault as the systems cd door is broke and will not open. This door was fine when we sent the system back and was not at all faulty, the maker now says if i want the system back they will repair and i have to foot the bill otherwise it stays with them. What are my rights, how do i prove it was ok when i sent it, their website states it takes no responsibility for items dammaged in transit, help
