In may 2007 I wrote my car off'It was not my fault;It was settled out of court on October 14 th 2008; As yet I have not received my money; What redress do I have; My solicitors were abysmal; who can I complain to; Many thanks

What have your solicitors said? when have they advised that you will recieve your payment and from whom?

It being satisfied out of court means that someone has agreed to pay - not that they have.

I think you are (understandably perhaps) being a little impatient.
