What are our rights?......are we entitled to a refund?
My daughter bought a t-shirt on monday from a shop in Meadowhall, she went on the website for the shop last night and the price of the item she bought has been dropped by 30%....can she get a refund for the difference?

So Sara's suggestion might not work. However, if the shop offers refunds within a certain timescale for any reason, then there will be no problem buying the cheaper one from the website and returning it to the store.
If she no longer has the receipt and the t shirt has been reduced in store, she may only get back the reduced price, not the price she paid.

I visited the shop yesterday and enquired why the top was 30% less on the website than in the shop. The answer was that items purchased on the website probably wouldn't be delivered in time for christmas so they had dropped the prices to boost sales!!
Anyway like one of you suggested...life is too short but the difference would have been �11 and that's not to be thrown away with things the way they are at the moment.
