Ooh what a great question :)
1. Going to New York for the first time, somewhere I've always wanted to go.
2. Learned to take more care of me including actually taking holidays :)
3. Being single, again. Body clock is starting to tick.
4. Don't think I made any.
5. Tv, probably Torchwood, Heroes or Prison Break.
6. My brother. He got engaged and finished his PhD.
7. I got a cat of my own :)
8. I can see a definite change in me as I get older. I turned 30 and have been realising how differently I think about life now.
9. I split up with my partner in August and moved out in October.
10. Just to be happier, healthier, be organised at home like I am at work lol, make the most of my brother and his fiancee before they emigrate to Canada in a few years, see wider family more.
Strange. Went from thinking I had a future with someone to it all falling apart at the seams and feeling far more aware of my age and what I want for the future.

Suppose I'd better do this myself! :oP
1. EVENTS - We had a couple of 'Big' birthdays in my family so they were good! Also, personally getting into a post grad course which I can't wait to start!
2. PROUDEST - Getting one of ten places on the course! I was so ridiculously happy!
3. REGRETS - Maybe not doing enough of the things I wanted to. I need to be less shy!
4. RESOLUTIONS - They were lose weight and get fit, and did I ******!
5. FAVOURITES -
Song - Not sure, too many!
TV Show - Greys Anatomy as always.
Book - um toss up between Marshmallows for Breakfast and The Book Thief.
6. PROUD OF WHO - I don't know, probably a friend of mine who has overcome so much in the face of adversity.
7. DO SOMETHING NEW - I was a really nervous driver and finally plucked up the courage to drive on my own (only got first car in April!). It doesn't sound much but I get so stressed! Also driving in the dark and in the rush hour! Usually it's nice to have someone beside me but now I feel fine driving alone, sometimes even prefer it cos I can sing along to my cheesy cassette tapes!
Oh, I also smoked a cigar for the first time! Well I shared one of those massive fat ones (from the movies!) with someone over a drunken heart to heart! They take ages to smoke!
8. LEARNT ABOUT ME - That I'm too soft and let people walk all over me!
9. R/SHIP STATUS - Single pretty much.
10. 2009 - I'd like to lose some weight (as if!) and be really successful at my course!
Finally.... sum up you year in a few sentences!
Started of really pointless but with the support of family, it's really ended up good
