Right of access dispute

I live in a flat in a converted house. There are two flats in total. Outside the house is a driveway and to the left of that is a footpath that leads to a gated ally way between our flats and the adjoining house.

The footpath and ally way are owned by the ground floor flat and we have a right of access up to the gate. The next door neighbour has a right of access on the footpath and down the ally way.

The owner of the path has allowed me to park my motorbike on the footpath. It is approximately three metres from the gate, which leaves plenty of space for access.

The neighbour has complained that I should not leave the motorbike on the path and has asked me to move it. Can anyone advise me if I have to do so?

Many thanks

It depends what they are able to use their right of access for and whether you are obstructing it.

Are they having problems like gettin wheelie bins or a pushchair/wheelchair etc... down there or more randomly if they have workmen in or similar?
