In March 2008 I was stopped by an undercover BMW in Scotland M74 doing 100.1mph.
Weather fine, roads clear in daylight.

I pleaded guilty in Court to 98mph and got 18 month ban!

I appealed costing me thousands and it was reduced to 2 months. With 3 weeks already served, so 5 week ban.
I got no points for the offence, and my job undoubtly kept my licence.

I served this in October-November and am STILL waiting to pay the Solicitor in Scotland, Barristor etc etc.

My calls and emails are not being returned from Scotland.

I am back on the road now.

What is going on?

lol - normally lawyerly types whack in a bill asap.

However, in fairness, I sometimes get very behind with my billing cos I am too busy actually getting the work out. Put the money to one side for when they do bill.
