If I have a life policy with a pet insurance company and my pet is diagnosed with a life-time health problem, needs permanent medication costing 220 per month. What will the insurance company do about it? Can they cancel the insurance? Can they increase my premuims to an extorniate amount to cover the costs of the medication?
Thanks in advance

All insurers are obliged to provide you with transparent Terms and COnditions and a full policy wording - if you have not had one ask for a duplicate.
The report was supplied months ago and the insurance company have already paid the first part of the claim. As they are a few months behind, I don't think they have realised the extent of our claim. When they realise, I understand that the premuim will increase, however, they cannot back date that surely they would have to give you notice.
