Ok Fair enough - Currently I work a rolling 3 shift system. Mornings, Nights Afternoons. The Night shift starting on a week end @ 22.00 Sunday through to Friday 06.00 (5 x 8hr night shifts=40hrs). My Company have so far changed our working week to fit the "Buisiness needs" so we now start @ 18.00 to 06.00 next day (4 x12 hrs night shifts=36 hrs)- Mon,Tues ,Wed and the company are telling us we owe them 2.5 hrs each week that can be accumilated and worked off or taken as holiday. Now they are wanting to change AGAIN to 3 x 10 hrs shifts and only pay us for the total of 30 hrs worked.
