goods not delivered by online company
I ordered some goods from an online company and received an email saying there would be a delay on one of the items but should be delivered by 26th January 09.
I received a parcel with the first lot of items successfully.
Online my Order History was showing as part dispatched. I logged on to check today and it now says No Outstanding order and I checked online and my credit card has been debited with the full amount.
I also checked and the item has doubled in price so instead of being �65.68 it now works out at �131.36. I think the delay was probably waiting for stock and they now want to charge their new price ????
I have just sent them an email but wondered how I stand.
On their website it says;
1. Your credit card will be charged at the point at which your order is processed.
2. Your order for a product is an offer to purchase and we retain the discretion to refuse your order. No contract of sale is deemed to have taken place until we dispatch your order.
How do I stand will I have to pay double to get the goods ?

There is no record on my ACCOUNT HISTORY of dispatching them although they are shown in the original order. They have taken �139.95 from my credit card but as yet have only sent me �74.27 worth of goods.
My question when they reply should I accept �65.68 refund and then pay the new amount of �131.36 for the goods or am I entitled to them as shown in the original order.
