hip pack help and advice needed

we are selling our one bed flat after we have this hip pack the estate agents is 450 pound but i know ypou can do it direct but what companys are safe and supported by government any help much appreciated thank you

The official (government-backed) registration scheme for HIP providers is operated by the Property Codes Compliance Board. Any firm on this list should be reliable:

I've used these before and work out one of the cheapest I've found...

You can get the HIP only or conveyancing as well.
You only need to get someone in to do the Energy Certificate, the rest of the HIP pack you can put together yourself. It's only a matter of sending off a few forms. We've done it several times, there's nothing to it. Ring around several Energy Certificate companies or people - you may as well go for the cheapest.

There's plenty of advice if you search on the web to do the HIP DIY.

we thought we better do it thru soliciotors or sumone professional dont think we can do it ourselves just have to search and find them now oh my god help lol
