doing 122 with your child on the back is a little irresponsible. might not be worth 6 months, but i can agree with the driving ban.

Not long enough in my view , he's a complete idiot.

He obviously wasn't thinking of his family as he was bombing along.
It's not so much that his sentence was harsh, it's just that many others are unduly lenient.
If we had more consistency with sentencing there wouldn't even be discussions like this. Then we'd all be up the creek without a paddle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well he didn't crahs did he! Ok he should be punished but all I'm saying is that effectively his family is being penalised. Just ban him for 10 years or something. Leave jail for real criminals.
