You will no doubt get some good answers from the helpful flok here on AB but I think you'd be unwise to proceed without a solicitor and rely solely on free advice
I know I will have to use a solicitor but it would be nice to see if anyone knows of a similar situation or do I have a chance of winning the right to park in the turning point where I have done so for the past ten years. My feeling is why would someone pay 4000 for the right to turn a vehicle. I was given to understand when I purchased the house that it was sole use of parking for my property that was the whole point of purchasing the deed of grant because the lane leading up to my property was already in my deeds stating that it was for the purpose of access to my property.
