Hi - I'm thinking of getting back on the road but I want a very very small used vehicle - and I do mean very small. Smaller than a Yaris if possible. I have no idea what any of the make/models are. Can anyone suggest a few tiny vehicles that I can search for online? The used car sites expect you to know what you want in order to start a search. I used to drive very big American cars and trucks but now I find big cars scary to drive, as well as not practical on UK roads and too expensive to run. Thanks for any suggestions.

You're going to be paying a premiium price for small used cars at the moment. Try looking at Perodua or Smart - or try googling "micro cars" for really tine cars.
I love my Smart car....

Thank you both for your input. I'd never heard of a Perodua before. I've spend the afternoon reading reviews of a number of cars and feel a bit more informed now. Thanks again for your help.
How about a Dinky or a Corgi?

Please bear in mind the safety aspect of having a small car. You won't have much to protect you if a lorry slammed into the side of your Smart car. Obviously that's an extreme example, but just something for you to think about when you eventually pick your new vehicle.

I bought a Perodua Kenari last week and love it. It's is cheap to buy and to run, practical for taking my parents places, very comfortable and zippier than I expected. Thanks for the suggestions.
