I applied to the Courts about 6 months ago to vary my court order for maintenance payments, due to a drop in earnings.

My earnings have now returned to what they originally were, can I now withdraw my application to Vary? or do I have to continue with the financial hearings etc?

ManyThanks

Common sense prevail. If your then circumstance did not now had any affect on your living standard and that you are not particular worried about your financial commitment then I would suggest you wait for an answer and make the necessary info to the Courts and they will advise you. I am sure they will take the consideration to make the necessary adjustment pro rata.
