Is it against the law to call someone a racist?
We have neighbours from hell & one of them went to court for racially abusing my partner few years ago & got a 12 month conditional discharge.
The neighbours still be cause trouble indirectly
(not racial). Today one of the family members called our friend a F****** Ass**** who is black just because he parked his car closeby. Eventhough this is not directly racial, there is history & how dare they insult our freind!!!
They keep walking past our house watching the house, I feel like calling them a racist but not sure if we'll get in trouble with police if they are called?
Any suggestions? Thanks all
