Entertainment in licensed clubs

I am the Secretary of a small Members Club which is run by and for the benefit of the members. The Club has a Club Premises Certificate under theLicensing Act 2003. Occasionaly we hire a local musician to provide some entertainment on a Saturday evening.
We would like to use a talented local young pianist but as she is aged 16 we wonder if there are any restrictions on employing a minor in licensed premises.
Anyhelp would be appreciated. Thank you.

There is no restriction of entry and performance in the situation you describe.

Just make sure your CPC allows such entertainment. and the club rules allow it. No other restriction.
