sick pay
2 Answers
I work for a small company without a contract and have been off sick for 3 days, my employer does not pay sick pay. A friend of mine has told me that by law if you have worked for a company for 1 year or longer they have to pay sick pay. Is this true ?

However, this is the case for contractual work. I would be concerned if I had no contract what would be the situation if I suffered an injury at work....would I be insured???
