can a pregnant woman who worked part time claim benefits even though she has been sacked for stealing money from the till? if so what benefits is she entitled to??

Yes, the 2 things are separate issues.
She needs to claim and see what happens. It partly depends how near the birth she is. If she is still some months away from it then one of the benefits she could claim would be job seekers allowance, and it is possible she might be "sanctioned" - i.e. have her benefit reduced or stopped - for a period. This shoulod not apply to any other benefits she is entitled to, such as Housing or Council Tax Benefit, or Income Support if she is very near the birth date.

she,s only 9 wks pregnant and had cut her hrs from 39 to 25 before she got pregnant so she could claim benefits. not like she had any other children preventing her from working full time. people shouldn,t be allowed to drop their hrs so they can sponge off others! i.e us tax payers.
So having stolen from her employer, she is now going to steal from the taxpayer.

I take it she is a chav.
