time span for action
had an accident in work couple of years back , well it was in another country when i was on work related matters. Sustained some head and facial injuries and still have ongoing dental work as a result of action. Clearly issues regarding work as hospital recommended i stay in overnight but had to keep working as was responsible for a minor and only two staff travelled.
Recently feeling very aggrieved that I have had to undergo such intensive work as a result. Wondering what is the time span for legal action post accidents

The UK courts have no jurisdiction abroad, and UK health and safety laws do not apply abroad either.
Unless you were working for a UK employer and the UK company was responsible for equipment or whatever it was that caused your accident.
In any case - three years is the UK limit for personal injury claims.
