My girlfriend has been separated for nearly 3 years (aug 09) her husband has now found out about me,I have only been seeing her for 2 months,can the husband have me charged with adultery? she is now pushing for a divorce,any help on this thank you

adultery isn't a criminal offence and you can't be charged with it. if he was pushing the divorce on the grounds of adultery he might try to name you as the other party, but if they're agreeable with the divorce it could be done under the grounds of being separated to 2 years.. no need to sling extra mud.
I'm not sure what help you need? If she's looking for a divorce then it doesn't really matter what the reasons given are. You wont be 'charged' with adultery, but you might be named. But after 3 years separation does anyone really care? If she was still living with her husband it would be slightly different but that's not the case. Don't worry about it.
no you cant be named or charged on the grounds of adultery it has to be with in the first 6 months
