can u get the tag if u are ain prison for wouding with intent as my boyfriend is?
he is serving a "18 to serve 9" sentence but has been refused to do a calm course in prison and a witness awareness course as he is too "low risk" will he still get tag and if so how soon? any help would be really appriciated thanks
