Overhanging branches onto other properties
2 Answers
Can overhanging branches, twigs etc be broken snapped or torn off and thrown into the "Tree owners" garden or do they have to be cut or pruned & handed back. With the tree ownes agreement can they be disposed of without retuning them to the owner?

We have a man in to cut back the tress at the bottom of our garden about yearly. We have never returned the cuttings and both sided have benefitted as the growth has thickened up and improved privacy on both sides.
