i have been with my partner for 2 and half years. Can he take half my business?
prev Children in care - how do you get them home.
  
next My NY permit is 4 years old. My friend says my driving test privs expire after 2 years. Can I take test still?

In England & Wales there are no rights for cohabitants so he can't make a claim.

In Scotland cohabitants have limited rights to claim financial provision if they have been economically disadvantaged by the relationship or if the other party has been economically advantaged by the relationship.
