The landlord of my local (not very big, backstreet pub) has just put in sky tv at a cost of �800. per month, since having it installed he has now been told by a local
''Know All'' that as you can get radio music channels on sky he will require a PPL (phonographic performance licence) and ALSO a PRS licence (performing rights licence) , can anybody tell me if this is correct ?
