Under Scots Law

i was convicted of a criminal act which i regret it in 1991

on my disclosure i have reset fraud attempted fraud i was fined 10 pound for each one

im now 45 years old, and my conviction is coming up to 20 years old. what i want to know is under the 20/40 rule or weeding out period , when my conviction is wiped will it still show on an enhanced disclosure as having a conviction wiped meaning will it say i have no convictions or they have been weeded out

im trying to get in to the court servive and they are exempt from rehabilitaion of offenders act. will my conviction come back as none
