I Have Been Giving A 22 1/2 Foot Easement Next To My House. Since Then They Are Building A House Next To Me And They Filled My Driveway With A Pile Of Gravel Sand Dug Out Of The Basement In Which They Are Building What"s Worse Is The Also Dumpped A Load Of New Lumber On My 22 1/2 feet/ Can I Legally Order Them To Remove Everything On My 22 1/2 Feet?? And Gain My Driveway Back?? What About Clean Up Of The Mess I Had Beautiful Grass Growning There And Now It Is Under This Huge Pile Of Sand/Gravel In My Drive Way. They Knew About The Easement But Refused To Follow It.I Need A Place To Park Thanks To All That Can Answer

Is this written in some secret code? Why else does every word begin with a capital letter? Apart from a few full stops and several question marks, there isn't any punctuation. Makes it very hard to understand. What is an easement exactly? .
