Decapitation at Monza long time ago?

I'm wondering if anyone can remember this better?

I seem to remember a long time ago in motor racing (perhaps 40 or so years ago), there was a big accident at (I think) Monza.

The accident involved a sharp part of a car coming off and slicing through several spectators.

Can anyone remember what I'm thinking of?

1961 Wolfgang von Trips (D) At the Italian Grand Prix at Monza, his Ferrari collided with Jim Clark's Lotus. His car became airborne and crashed into a side barrier, fatally throwing von Trips from the car, and killing fifteen spectators.
