Bad teaching in private college. What can be done?

Is there anywhere you can complain about bad teaching in a private college? My partner has paid a lot of money for her accounting course but one of her teachers is very lazy and enters the class every week unprepared. She doesnt mark the work and she moans tht she has come a long way and she is tired. My partner is not learning much from this teacher and things are going very slowly. Short of speaking to the principle about it, what else can be done?

Do exactly that.................speak to the principal and ask him/her to sit in on some of the lectures....
