Returning to work after maternity leave

Hi. Does anyone know or have a link to a good template letter on 'returning to work after maternity leave'. I am going back after approximately 30 weeks off so still in the official maternity leave timescale.

suzie, probably for a rest if she's got a 6 or 7 month old baby - at that age if you're not sorting out one end it's the other end!

Thanks for replies. My daughter will be nearly 7 months old and I'm only going back 3 days a week and also because SMP doesn't go very far when you have a mortgage etc!!!

PS. Don't want to go back at all! I love being with my baby!
