You seem to be disputing that you collided with a vehicle, not that you drove without L-plates, without proper supervision or on a motorway when not entitled. However when you reply to the 'producer' these potential offences will then come to light.
If convicted of driving without due care and attention, the offence carries a fine and between 3 and 9 penalty points.
If convicted of failing to stop after an accident, or failing to stop an accident, the offence carries a fine and between 3 and 10 penalty points.
Giving that you don't have a licence yet, and you are likely to end up with more than 6 penalty points, the licence is likely to be revoked. This is what happens to a new driver with a licence of less than 2 years old, let alone one that hasn't yet been obtained.
Sounds like you aren't going to be driving legally for a while yet.
