I can imagine they would be very helpful when you do get hold of them...
Do you know someone who could email Virgin with your acc number and a contact number so they can call you maybe??

Well, I think that the £25 payment is required before your installation date is arranged. Therefore, if you was to dispute the £25 then I think that you will only experience a longer delay. From what you have already said, I am presuming that you have not been given a date for the broadband or phone to be installed? If this is the case, then you need to
a - Find someone you know who is a v.media customer and use there phoneline to ring customer services (because it is free) and sort the issue out
b - Top up again and ring on your mobile, then maybe attempt to get the cost of credit used, reimbursed. Possibly the amount could be credited to your account.

No, but I think what dmax's overall question is -
Virgin media have only installed 1/3 service's - Cable TV -.
Broadband and Phone line are still yet to be connected. Until they are installed / fully working, can I NOT pay the monthly service fee (£25) and when contacted as to why I haven't paid, dispute the payment due to not being in full receipt of services?
I think that is the best way I can explain the question overall....

if its any help my daughter has been with them for a couple of years , over that time she has had loads of issues but they do refunds for the inconvenience quite readily, she had no end of months rental free
From what i can remember theres an 'i want to leave option' when ringing, they tend to jump when ringing this number, and i believe it may be a freephone number (not 100% sure though)

I myself have been a v/media customer for a number of years, since it was NTL. I said that I wish to leave V/Media as Sky can give me a better service. I then was given,
Unlimited anytime calls to 01,02,03 numbers
Medium TV package
10MB Broadband
for £19.99 a month.
Have paid this for about 18 months now.
