Access via neighbours back garden

Without reference to the deeds or title register. If you use a gate you own to take your bins to the front and let the window cleaner do your back windows via your neighbours back garden do you gain the right to this access in law if the facility has been used for a number of years irrespective of whether or not such rights are specified on the deeds or title register? Thanks

Could you prove the following:

1. Continuous period of at least 20 years. It must have been

2. Use was open, free from force and without the permission of the landowner.
......... and, surely in addition, the land in question is not registered land at the LR.
