im sorry in advance if im wrong in doing this but i really need help in understanding if what i have found my partner looking at is illegal or not.?
fist it was just kinky all teens doing this and that, schoolgirls, babysitters most with older men or couples but some just teens with teens.
then ive found dad,F***s step daughter, dad, with son and daughter and pretending to force her. others have included the title of family sex and mother and daughter being you know what in public. i hate that i have seen some of this horror and feel it is completly wrong but is it illegal from what i can make out everyone is not under age although some are very close to not being. it is very hardcore stuff he has also viewed gay stuff to mention a few. please help me if you can. im scared to speak out to my DV counseller in case it is with out me knowing first. thank you.

Lilly's answer obviously changes my opinion of things. I was just talking about the porn aspect...and not on a personal relationship level.

If I found my partner looking at 'young girl' or 'teens' I wouldn't bat an eyelid as I've seen some of them and they are clearly not teens. If I found him looking at 'incest' porn...I would have a serious word.

The difference...I'm in the position to do that without fear of reprisal.

i have left this person twice now, and at the min he has moved himself into my place i now have with my two girls i have with him aged 5 and soon to be 2, i am trying to end this but at the min i am so low and he has a way of making me think that i am the one that is in the wrong and twisted for thinking what he is doing to me is wrong.

i have started to talk to my counsellor but only been once so all new and trusting someone with this is harder face to face. there is 13 years to work through and at 16 him 38 i was the school girl only at the time i never knew, it was only later when stuff was said and done that the light swtich got put on

For the sake of both yourself and your children PLEASE go and see your counsellor this morning - and get her help in getting protection from your current enviroment which is something you need to urgently get away from as I say - for the safety of yourself and your kids. thats why i needed to know if it was legal or not as in a way this is a way of me being able to get this out in the open without feeling to blalme as he is the one looking at the stuff and downloading it. i feel i could always say my mum saw it and reported it or something. i cant tell my family only one friend knows anything.
