who do i need to inform in england about moving to spain

All the usual bill type people but most important the Inland Revenue (you might be entitled to a tax rebate and you will be tax'd differently on money/assets in this country if living abroad) and Social Services vis a vis National Insurance. Would think Local authority also a good idea as well as you might get a rebate on your council tax, same goes for water rates.
