my partner and i are spliting up,and we have a joint mortgage on our house,can she make me sign so we have to sell it?

she cant make you sign anything, unless putting a gun to your head i suppose - however, she can get a court order to force a sale

Alternatively, she can remortgage so she can "buy you out" subject, of course, to the Mortgage Lender doing further credit checks. Good luck!
