Told to leave hotel with no refund.
A few weeks ago a group of us went and stayed in a hotel for a stag do. We had booked the hotel for two nights. In the morning after the first night the manager called a few of us together and made an allegation that one of our party threatened a member of staff. At the time he was still in bed. The manager said he could not provide proof except for the word of the member of staff.
Long story short he told all 14 of us to leave the hotel and said he would not be refunding any money to any of us. Is this allowed? Basically the alleged actions of one person got all of us thrown out at a loss of €50 each.
At the time we were not bothered about arguing as we just wanted to get on with things and enjoy the rest of the weekend. We ended up going to another place which was easy going and had a good time.
Now however I'm wondering is there anything we can do to get our €700 back? By the by I'm from Ireland and the incident occured in Ireland. Any information appreciated.

If he didn't let them out again he has saved on your meals I assumed you had paid for too. It's probably no good taking it further, but you could leave an honest and frank review on his website.
