When I first started to read this I thought good, justice has been done, but then reading further I notice that she had already begun proceedings at an employment tribunal - which was suspended while the High Court case was heard - and is now expected to resume that claim for unfair dismissal and sexual discrimination.

If she wins the tribunal case she could still be in line for a payout of up to £1 million.

What do they say about "when one door closes, another one opens"?

The employment tribunal are unlikely to find in her favour after her high court case failed. The woman should just accept she was lawfully sacked for not doing her job properly.

The case at the High Court was about whether it was legal to sack her. The case before the tribunal is about whether it was fair.

The Judge said of his judgement that "[this] is not a judgement which decides whether the claimant is, or is not, entitled to compensation for the loss of her job."

I'm happy to let the tribunal do its job.

They hear the full story and make a decision based on that. I'd rather they do that, rather than being swayed by media controversy or mob mentality.

If the tribunal finds agains her, fine. If it decides she deserves compensation, fine.
