ive been looking at some holidays today and found one to cuba, could anybody recomend this and will it be o.k for my children of 8 and 9 yrs old, it is for aug so not sure on the weather, many thanks, kassy72.

I am assured by a work colleague who has just returned from a holiday in Cuba that it would be an excellent place to take children.The beaches are excellent apparently.

Cuba would be a good place for a Holiday but if you are going in August you are right in the middle of the Hurricane season but that is a chance you will probably have to take.......

Ive been to Cuba and it was the most amazing holiday i have ever had.We stayed all inclusive in Varadero - the beaches there have been reported to be the most stunning in the world and I would second that.The Cubans are fantastic and its very child friendly.We went in May and is deceptively hot and its very humid but hey its lovely sitting under a palm tree for a respite anyway !!.
