can someone please answer me this,

i have got a crimmal record from 20 years ago, is there such thing as spent anymore?
and do i have to declare this when i apply for jobs, as it is over 20 years ago.

If you are worried, create a total new identification, register a new name by sat declaration with solicitors, don't change any details with any current banks etc, register on electoral roll, you can get a total new id, and when checks are performed they come back totally negative (Clean Record).
