I don't live in the UK and have been trying to discover what happened to my late uncle's belongings. My mother, now infirm and increasingly mentally weaker needs special care and she was always told by her brother that he would leave her his estate. I know he died about 10 years ago in Fleetwood but only seem to be able to come up with sites wanting payment rather than official government sites when I do a google search. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

if the will went to probate it is a public record. You will still have to pay for a copy though
